Installing Adobe Photoshop Elements

Hello, I cannot install Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13 (Windows Pro 10,English) on my PC.  It appears only a small .exe file is loaded.  When executed, it post the following error message: The archive for for both is missing. You will need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe product.  In another post I was direct to post into the forum to get a resolution so I could download. Adobe, can you please help me.

Thomasz50333831, please make sure to download both the EXE and 7zip file for Photoshop and Premiere Elements from the following pages:

• Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7
• Download Adobe Premiere Elements 13, 12, 11, 10, and 9
