Seeking tutorials on workspaces because I am very confused

- Hello. I can't use properly the workspaces. Too much chaos.

- When I open a menu, others menus close. This is very frustrating. I think I need a global help with tutorials, or a focused help about workspaces managing please.

Open the one you like best:

Make adjustments (set the panes to a different location, add or delete) to your liking and save it as your own workspace.

I hardly ever use the default workspaces. Have my own set up.
