after moving a video clip to program window its scattered ...?

Hello Every one,

Am shafeer. I have a seriuos issue in adobe premier pro cc . am a beginner . the problem is when i import a video to project window its perfect but when i drag it to program window its scatted !! whats the problem is this ? no solutions in google how can fix this ? please help me

Does your sequence settings match the media?

If so,

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

Reset a workspace

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
   • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn’t work,try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Its not working !

this is my problem ...

Please check the bottom left (project window ) and top right (program window ). i try many video clips and images instead f videos . but same effect..

What are your system specs & what is the source of your footage?

Try these steps: open your project, choose File > Project settings > General & select MPE Software Only Mode under the video renderer.

Am uing window 7 / premier pro cc / i7 system.

source i MP4 file clear file and i just opened it windows movie maker . ites perfect and just 2 mnt video source from my laptop .
