How to Move My Catalog/Collections to a New Computer

Hi! I'm moving to a new laptop soon and was wondering if there is a painless was to move my catalog and my collections to the new computers. I have over 8000 photos currently organised in my Lightroom and didn't want to have to organise them again on my new laptop.
