I want to buy Adobe Muse CC "one application plan", but Adobe Muse CC disappeared from offer...

How can I pay for Adobe Muse CC?

As far as I know, Muse is not available anymore as a single app, except you already had a plan till now. Muse is under EOL, unfortunately.

Hey there,

Since Muse is EOL, you can’t buy a new subscription for Muse separately.

However, you can go for Creative Cloud all apps subscription and then get an option to download Muse CC from older apps section of CC desktop app.
