Each set have two lines with hard returns

i want change it as

first line with hard return with no after space- Red Character Color

Second line with hard return with after spce 2mm - Chatacter Color Blue

please tell me the easiest way to change them

If all of the text is consistent in the number of lines, you could set up three paragraph styles. Set up each subsequent on as Next Style to the one before, and set the first one as Next Style to the last one. 

Then you can select all of the text, right-click on the first style, and use Apply Style, then Next Style. Your selected styles will cascade through all of the text.
