Sorry for the issue. Is there an error message while launching?

What are your system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)? Is it a 32bit or 64bit OS?

Is there a reason for using Premiere Pro CC 2017 version, as the latest version is Premiere Pro CC(12.1.1)?
