Change from 3840x2160 to 1920x803?

Hey!
I'm still a newb to adobe premiere pro, and hoped someone could help me.

The thing is, my footage is 3840x2160 and i want to add some black bars, so i made a new seq. with 1920x803. But when i do that, it do makes the black bars but its zooming in my footage so I can only see 50% of my footage?
