Grey 'pages' appear only... no images at all! HELP!!!

Im currently using Acrobat Pro DC... it is up to date.

I get nothing but grey pages... NO images load at all!!!

Try going to Edit>Preferences>Page Display>Page content and information and check the box that says "Display large images".
