illustrator CC 2018 unexpected quit on macOS 10.13.4

illustrator CC 2018 is unexpected quit always which i can't use it at all. anyone can help and advise how to fix it?

Did you just install Illustrator?

Did it ever run as it should?

Does it always crash with the same file? At the same step in the workflow?

Please tell us details.

i upgraded my macOS to high sierra, then installed illustrator CC 2018 & 2017....

both are unexpected quit after the opening screen, so actually i didn't use it at all.

but i can use the CC2015 version.

Poor performance with CC 2018 has been a problem for many of those who installed it with the option to keep previous settings and preferences.
