"Sign-in Required" Loop

I keep getting a prompt for "Sign-in Required" over & over but it never signs me in and I can't use any of my applications. I have done the 3 recommended steps twice with no success. Can anyone help?

Please try the troubleshooting steps given in the following thread where similar issue has been discussed and resolved:

Had "sign in required" loop now acrobat doesn't recognise my license
