Cannot open a licensed stock photo

I licensed a stock photo

# 175179422

The extension at the end is .ai

My apple computer cannot open -

I have never had a problem opening photos

before.  Please help?

Since you do not need an Ai file, I have 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

I have downloaded the same image( 175179422) at my end and when I opened it using Illustrator CC, it works fine.


Can you please let me know in which application are you opening this file with so that we can further assist you?

Hi there,

Thank you for your response.

I didn't see where it said illustrator (ai...I get it now).

Is there a way to cancel that order? I am not planning on

ordering Illustrator at this time.
