Urgent help needed - Develop Mode is unusable...

I am using Lightroom Classic Version 7.3.1 (1167660) on a laptop running:

Windows 10 Home

Version 1803

Installed 28/05/18

OS build 17134.81

As I haven't used my Lightroom since 23 May and Windows updated on 28/05/18, I am suspecting it is the problem? The screenshot shows exactly what I see when I go into the develop mode, my photos show fine in Library mode.

I would really appreciate help to get this sorted as this software is crucial to my work. I pay a monthly subscription for this software.

Go to Edit > Preference > Performance, and uncheck Use graphics processor.

Updating your graphics driver may make it possible to work with the graphics processor (GPU) enabled.
