Hi everybody,

I have a problem with Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1) on MacOS 10.12.6

When I open Photoshop, I have systematically the message "Skip Loading Optional and Third-Party Plugins"

I can choose "Yes" or "No", the message come back at next opening.

Furthermore, the "Preferences" menu is greyed out.

I've tried clean all preferences files (user and system) without success.

I've tried a fresh install of MacOS 10.12.6 with all updates ans a fresh install of Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1)... same problem.

I don't have problem with CC 2017.

Please, can you help me...

Either you're holding the shift key when opening Photoshop, or a device plugged into your computer is triggering your shift (option) key. In that case, just unplug that device before opening the software.

If none of this, then maybe you need to check your keyboard is still in good shape.
