older version?

Hello,

I have a product key for lightroom 5 (desktop).

I will buy a new copmputer (mac) soon, so here are my questions:

1. can I use my old key on the nnew computer?
2. Do I have to deactivate ore sth. my version on my old one?
3. where can I download LR5 desktop for mac, because I don't have the installer any more?
