Not working templates in the Print module

Lightroom does not display templates in the print tab. All the time, despite choosing any ready template in the main place, there is only a gray background with no editing possibilities.

I use Lightroom CC in the Creative Cloud for the photographer.

It seems that you have no setting for ruler units e.g inches, millimeters etc click image below.

You could try selecting the template again after choosing the units or try typing-in the values manually.
