workspace problems on every adobe app

Hi any ideas why I need to organize my workspace every single time I start up premiere, after effects, illustrator and photoshop. yes basically every time! I doesn't matter if I saved it or create a new one it never respects my setup.

it's so time consuming, I'm working on adobe apps almost 14 hours a day and everytime I quit one a app and then re open it never saves the workspace, windows are all over the place, such a mess.

I'm running OSX el capitan 10.11.6. Nvidia titanx with 3 monitors + BM decklink output

Anyone else is having this issues with the last version of CC apps in osx?

and by the way does the horizontal scroll bar when opening many comps in AE disappear for everyone or just for me? hate that too when I need to quickly access to different comps on big projects
