Import Presets

need help regarding importing presets to lightroom as files are .xmp

i think i have to paste .xmp files to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Settings/   then paste and restart lightroom but my presets are not showing in my lightroom  presets panel side

To import presets, click the "+" to the right of "Presets" at the top of the Presets panel, then click Import Preset(s).
