Crop panel in Quick Develop

Has anyone elses crop panel disappered in the quick develop section of the Library? I usually crop all my photos to 4:3 ratio but when I went to do it this evening, I had to do it one by one because the crop pane is no longer under quick develop. Does anyone know how to reactivate it or did Adobe think no one used it so decided it was best for the group to remove it?

Things like that are easy to miss with LR's dark, low-contrast interface.

There is no logical reason for that feature to be hidden.

Toss in a person who is pigment challenged and this is very frustrating!
