윈도우10, 인터넷익스플로러 11 버전입니다.

어도비 플래시 플레이어가 작동이 제대로 되지 않는데 해결이 되지 않습니다.

Flash playter version is 30.0.0.113.

I use windows 10.

when i want to upload a file, the internet doesn't work and can not be fixed.
