InDesign CC Libraries Stuck on "Add Multiple Assets"

So I am trying to use CC Libraries in InDesign and for some reason it's stuck showing "Add Multiple Assets" (see image below). So here's the weird part, I can navigate through this, I re-linked some assets despite it continuously showing this screen. Obviously that's not conductive to me getting work done so I would like for it to be fixed if anyone can tell me how to fix it.

If it helps to know any of these things:

-it's working in all my other applications

-I've restarted it

-it's updated

Also I'm stuck working on a PC so please give me direction that I can implement on that specifically if you could.

Have you tried resetting your current workspace? Window > Workspace > Reset [current workspace]

Or have you tried restoring your InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences
