I thought I had cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription the day I started it but I've been charged - I'd like a refund.

Hello,

I opened an adobe stock images account for a uni project I was working on however there weren't any images that suited what I needed so I cancelled the subscription without downloading any photos or at least I thought I had as I've now been charged without ever actually using the service. Would it be possible to get a refund for this as although I am a loyal Adobe customer I never actually used the Stock Images and actually tried to cancel the membership. Thank You in advance - Kalum

Kalum,

The issue has been taken care off. Since you have only used one image, the refund for the whole amount that you paid in the month of May, has been completely refunded.

The refund should be processed in the next 5 to 7 business days.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Hi Kalum,

I apologize for the troubles that you've been through with the Adobe Stock services.

I checked your account see that your Adobe Stock subscription is already cancelled and since you started the subscription on 13th April, you might have got charged on 13th May.

I also checked your Stock license history and see that you've downloaded only 1 image from the website.

You may definitely Contact Customer Care for the refund to be initiated.

Please refer Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link in case you're unable to reach support.

Regards,

Sheena

Thank you very much for getting back to me. Unfortunately I'm having trouble contacting anyone from adobe customer support - I keep getting linked to 'helpful articles' rather than a member of the support team. If you could give me a phone number or a link to a live chat that would be great.
