Intellectual property violation.

Regarding File ID: 140294684, Some of my files were rejected on the basis of Intellectual property violation. I am confused on the reasons behind it.

1) My photos included Bharatnatyam dancer and in one an orchestra group. Photo is the reason, or the venue and the place I have given for that reason it is got rejected?
2) What if I resubmit the above photos, without mentioning any Name, place or person. Just general info on it.. Will these photos be accepted.??

If your image "features intellectual or private property, you need a Property Release". Once in the moderators opinion it is a private property your photo will be rejected for intellectual violation. More details is provided at this link How to upload a model or property release to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal.
