Hi folks. Just trying to figure out how the "judging" of photos is done. Here's one of the 3 photos that were rejected - as you can clearly see there was a minimum amount of editing. I could opt for more editing to raise the light/exposure a bit but then I would be "artifacted" again
Would appreciate any advice on this Thank you.
The right photo is indicating that you have taken steps to make correction. However, if you look at the very dark portion on the corrected photo it would appear as if there still remain excessive noise. It is more pronounced in the lower left of the black area and extending to the portion beneath. To inspect your photos for artifacts, sharpness and so on, you need to zoom it to 100%. Look at the darker areas for noise. Check for sharpness and color fringes, the smooth areas for grains, etc. More
