Premiere Pro CC stalling before I can touch my work?

Below is a screenshot of Premiere Pro CC on my computer, right after I loaded up my current project. It doesn't show me the sequence panel, and when I drag the sequence file over where it's supposed to be, the panel doesn't let me adjust the length of the clips on it. Nothing else responds to the mouse, and anything that does does nothing. It stays in this state for far too long.

Before you ask, I did use the ACC Cleaner Tool, and I have a copy of the Log file. No, the Cleaner didn't help.

Ultimately, I had to rollback to a 2017 version. That works.

017Bluefield,

Try double clicking the sequence located in the Project panel.

Thanks,
Kevin

Sorry, but that didn't help.

I should bring up that this only affects the most recent build of Premiere Pro CC. Earlier versions work completely fine, with no hint of this problem.

017Bluefield,

Looking a little more closely, it appears that the sequence is open, but no Timeline panel is there (as you stated). This looks more like a corrupt workspace issue. I suggest you get in touch with our support agents here: Contact Customer Care

Let us know what they say.

Thanks,

Kevin
