I curently use Captivate 3 and have the trial version of Captivate 4 to look at the new features with a view to updating.

Everything I've read tells me that I can set up a text entry box so the learners can enter their name which would then be inserted into a certificate.

However, I can't seem to figure out how to set this up. Am I missing something, or just being dense? I've tried looking at the help files but can't seem to find anything that tells me how to do this in laymans terms.

Hi Harry,

Welcome to our community. Choose Window > Widgets. In the Widgets panel you will see a Certificate widget. Try it, it works really well!

Thanks, but it's setting up the text entry box so a learner can enter their name and have this inserted onto the certificate at the end of the course that's baffling me.
