Does Acrobat Standard 2017 allow permanent resizing, rotating, cropping and color enhancement of photo's?

Resizing: cropping, increasing media box. Not scaling.

Rotating: yes

Cropping: yes.

Color enhancement: no, unless you own Photoshop

Cropping of pages, by the way, not photos within a page.Similarly rotating pages.

Images can be scaled, rotated and cropped using Acrobat Pro. Not sure if it's possible in the Standard version.
