Bright Spotlights. Shiny Faces. Help Please

I shot a dance recital at a high school auditorium where the spotlights created very shiny faces.  The older dancers had some stage makeup but not enough to stop reflection.

I'm sorry, it is overexposed, when there is loss of all information of color nothing can be rescued.

The result will never be good enough to be able to use it.
