Premiere Pro Graphics problem

Hello,

I downloaded some text templates from Adobe Stock to use as animated text in my timeline..

But the templates keep changing the letters into gibberish all the time..

What's wrong with it?

It's getting very frustrating.

What version of PrPro, number-dot-number are you using?

Are you referring to mogrts for use in the EGP workspace?

Also, how about making a screen-grab of the issue and drag/dropping that into your reply box so we can see what you're doing exactly?
