My Acrobat is crashing every time I open an second pdf. Bij double click on a pdf file or from an export from Indesign. Is doesn't matter.

This means I have to force quit Acrobat more than 30 times a day.

Does anyone have a clue?

Hi Diana,

As per the issue description mentioned above Acrobat is crashing when opening the second pdf on your mac machine, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and check.

2- If that doesn't work, check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh

3- If issue still persists, try troubleshooting steps given here: Troubleshoot Mac OS 10.x system errors, freezes | Adobe software

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is there any error message when Acrobat crashes?

Let us know if you need any help.
