cannot use send option. Says I cannot access Adobe server/internet issue, but internet works fine? Please advise

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to use send option, is that correct?

Could you let us know dot version of Acrobat or Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Also, try the troubleshooting steps given in this help document: Can't connect to Adobe.com online service

Thanks for the info. You may try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in the following link. rebooting the machine and check: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Problems are to be expected as Acrobat X is not compatible with Mac OS High Sierra 10.13
