Publishing to Smug Mug

Recently I was forced to create a new catalog for my collection on a PC, from a MAC platform. The new catalog sees the Smug Mug collections linked to it, but not the images inside the galleries. Help?

Also, what is the LR CC Classic PC keyboard shortcut to see and change the gallery settings in individual galleries on Smug Mug? On the MAC it was Control click. I can't find it on the PC.

Rather than creating a new catalog on the Windows machine, transfer the existing catalog from the Mac: http://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-move-lightroom-to-new-computer/
