That's the thing, that timecode is no where near my 'Work Area' that I'm exporting. Plus there's nothing there around that timecode.

Try export just a few minutes of your sequence, say at the start, to see if that works.

I've restarted my PC and started exporting again, if it fails I shall do that.

Does this happen when you export inside of Premiere instead of Media Encoder?

Yeah I'm exporting inside Premiere Pro.

Does switching your renderer from Software to GPU in File>Project Settings>General or visa versa change the outcome?

So I had success after restarting my PC and exporting again.

So maybe a certain plugin loaded properly or the program itself sorted itself out, I don't know. I've had this error before switching over to Adobe CC.

Thanks for everyone's input, the problem is somewhat fixed from the restart though we don't have a straight answer.
