Color problem in premier pro cc 2017 and 2018

I have been using adobe premier pro cc 2017 for years. Now all of a sudden my program monitor turned like this. (Remains in rendered video too). So i installed cc 2018 version. 1 night that was ok - and the next day its same again. Any one help please.

Thanks. You direct in right way. SOLVED. This is how: File > Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback > (choose from dropdown) Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. HOLA!
