I have Adobe DC with Outlook 2016 and when clicking on the E-Mail button the product immediately crashes.

1. Have reinstalled Outlook (Office) and Adobe DC

2. Have tried the known registry fixes

3. Have tried running as an Administrator

4. Have tried resetting the Adobe profile

This PC is running Windows 10 Pro 1708.  There are no updates available for DC or Office.

Hi Timothyd,

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat crashes when clicking on the emabuttonion, is that correct?

Could you try the troubleshooting steps given in the following link under correct answer and check if that works:

Attaching PDFs to email crashes Acrobat DC

If that doesn't work, try enabling caching mode for outlook using the steps given in this link at post#3: https://acrobatusers.com/forum/general-acrobat-topics/emails-not-being-sent/

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Let us know if you need any help.
