Is it possible to download only the Lightroom Classic version with 1TB?

No, the only package that contains Lightroom Classic is the package with Photoshop, Lightroom CC and 20 GB. You can buy extra space to get that to 1 TB, but you can't buy Lightroom Classic with 1 TB only like you can with Lightroom CC.

Correct answer but you have already 2 plans :
-Lightroom Classic + Photoshop + Lightroom CC + 20Go -> 11.99€
-Lightroom Classic + Photoshop + Lightroom CC + 1Tb -> 23.99€
There are other plans with 5Tb or 10Tb but you need to contact Adobe for that .

The second plan is simply the first plan + $12/month for 1 TB extra space.

You don't need 1 TB of storage with Lightroom Classic CC. Lightroom Classic CC only sends smart previews to the cloud, and those previews don't count against your cloud storage. So if all you are using is Lightroom Classic CC there is no way you would ever use a terabyte of cloud storage. That could change in the future. And if it does then I'm sure the plan will change as well.

That’s a good point, but the OP may use Lightroom CC on mobile devices as well. If he shoots with an iPhone and wants to synchronize these photos with Lightroom Classic, then his iPhone photos will count in the storage space.

I was responding to the original question regarding ONLY Lightroom Classic CC with 1 TB. There isn't any point (at this time) of such a package.

Jim,
I agree fully with what you said, but somebody who uses only Lightroom Classic (on his desktop computer), could still use Lightroom Mobile as well. It that case he may still need more than 20 GB online storage. That's why I thought it was good to point that out too.
