Wie bekommt man die Hotline Nummer? Ich habe heute morgen mit dem Support gechattet und man sagte mir zu, dass innerhalb einer Stunde der Aktivitätenzähler zurückgesetzt wird. Das war um 9:00 Uhr. Jetzt ist es 16.48 und es geht noch immer nicht.

I have the same problem after trying different eBook-Reader Apps on my tablet. Seems every app counts as one device. Please reset the counter.

Habe das gleiche Problem, nachdem ich verschiedene eBook-Reader Apps auf meinem Tablet ausprobiert habe. Scheinbar zählt jede App als eigenes Gerät. Bitte zurücksetzen.

Seit Oktober besitze ich Photoshop Elements 14.

Erste Installation auf meinem Hauptrechner, eine Backupinstallation - wie erlaubt - auf einem älteren Notfallrechner.

Der Hauptrechner ist zwischenzeitlich unbrauchbar geworden, musste durch einen neuen Rechner ersetzt werden. Hier habe ich erneut PSE 14 installiert und werde nun quasi zum Neukauf aufgefordert, weil meine Installationen ausgeschöpft wären. Alternativ könnte ich am vorherigen Rechner die Lizenz deaktivieren. Kann ich natürlich nicht, der ist ja unwiederbringlich dahin.

Über Telephon lehnt man jeglichen Support für PSE ab, auf den Supportseiten gelingt es mir nicht, ein eMail an Adobe abszusetzen, weil ich keine eMail angeboten bekomme, sondern immer nur irgendwelche in diesem Fall unbrauchbare FAQs.

Wie kann man das Problem lösen?
