Caption background problems

During the process of entering captions, the background color periodically switches to transparent and can’t be changed to any other background. In order I return to a black bg I must start a new caption file.

Sorry for the trouble with captions. Is this happening with all types of captions?

Just for a test, duplicate the caption with the issue & try to change the background color.

That is an user error.

Select all and change the background color in one go.

I am experiencing the same thing. When I change it to "black" background, it sticks to be transparent?

Ideas?

You need to be using "Open Captions" - it looks like you are using closed captions.
