How do I create presets thatfor the free lightroom mobile app?

Hi

I contacted a representative to create presets for selling online for the free Lightroom mobile app. I don’t think they understood what I meant. I would like to know if there’s anyway I can sell my computer- made presets as a downloadable  file for the Lightroom mobile app? I have no idea what file to save them as or how to go about doing this on a windows computer. I would really like to make these presets available for customers for the Lightroom app without subscription. If you could send me a guide on how to do this or how I could make them a file that is able to be downloaded into the app I would really appreciate it
