Sony A7RIII .ARW files do not open in PSE15

Hi everyone,

I recently bought the new Sony A7RIII and today wanted to open one of the RAW Files (.ARW) but could not open it in Photoshop Elements 15. According to the first advise to check under "Help -> Update" if the newest version is ready all is good.

Does anyone know what I need to do, so I can open those files?

Your camera requires Camera RAW version 10.1, but Photoshop Elements 15 only supports up to version 9.10.

Use the DNG Converter:

Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Windows : Adobe DNG Converter 10.2

Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Macintosh : Adobe DNG Converter 10.2
