I have activated Adobe cloud for the first time after subscribing to Acrobat Professional for 12 months or more. I notice that my subscription has reverted to Acrobat Standard. I need to revert back to Acrobat Professional.

Two questions:

1. Why did it do this?

2. How do I get back to Acrobat Professional.

Hi Jeremy,

As per the issue description mentioned above, your Acrobat Pro subscription has changed to Acrobat Standard after you activated Cloud, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Could you confirm Acrobat version installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Let us know if you need any help.
