Previous frame after rendering shows up on tv

Hello,

I have a problem, After i render the movie, when i render sometime's on the bottem half of the screen the half of the previous frame show's up.

We play it form a USB sitck on diffrent Samsung tv's. In the edit it's shows fine.

Delete preview files and media cache.

Let the project rebuild itself and export again.
