Premier pro coupe mes vidéos

Bonjour,

Je suis encore débutante sur premier pro..

J'ai un Screenshots .mp4 qui fait 40s quand je l'importe sur premier pro ça me coupe les 20 premier seconds de ma vidéo et je ne sais pas pourquoi et j'ai essayer de faire tout ce que je connais pour résoudre ce problème sans aucun résultat.

Qui peut m'aider stp ?

Is this by any chance Elgato footage?

If so then its a know issue.

Roll back a Pr version or convert or wait for update.

Sorry for the trouble. What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

It also seems like an issue with frame rate. Please install the latest version of Premiere Pro & check the issue.

Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud
