Bought Photoshop Elements 2018 and it downloads on my Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 but gets to 98% and then stops (tried 3 times). Plenty of room. did a search. No matches and I'm not really good on computer stuff. Help please?

Unfortunately, Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 is not a supported operating system for photoshop elements 2018.

You need macOS El Capitan 10.11 or later to run photoshop elements 2018.

Photoshop Elements system requirements

Depending on the model and year of your mac, you might be able to upgrade to the necessary operating system.

Thanks Jeff, just done an update and it is now OS High Sierra 10.13.4 which was the only update available. Is this good enough? I'm really annoyed as I asked in Officworks if it would be OK on my laptop and their IT guy said 'oh yes, no problem'
