Playback problem

First of all hello to everyone, it is a pleasure to be part of this community.
My name is angel and I use premiere for my work.
Recently I had problems with playing a series of video files that compromises the outcome of the project, the file in question has the specifications of the attached image:

The video plays correctly only if I use the MPC-HC player.

with other players, or inside Adobe Premiere, the still frames are ignored and misinterpreted

could someone tell me some solution?

Create Cineform Proxies, edit, finish, replace with original footage then export

That's definitely a consumer-level media file.  You might want to try a consumer-level editor.  They're often more forgiving about formats than pro-level software.
