Hi All,

After the recent update,  Photoshop CC (latest fully patched version) will not start.

I get the splash screen which tells me it's loading various parts of photoshop which gets as far as loading panels and then photoshop silenty crashes. It just doesn't load.

I'm on Windows 10, fully patched including the Fall Creators update (build 1709).
This laptop has a Nvidia GT 720M graphics card with the latest nvidia graphics driver release. This machine has a core i7 with 16GB Ram (it's the machine I use at work).

I've uninstalled and re-installed photoshop several time and I've even used the Adobe clean CC tool.

All of the other parts of the Adobe CC still work. Photoshop WAS working until a coupe of days ago.
I've had a look in the event log and I can't see anything there.

Did you uninstall Photoshop using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?

Yes to both questions.

As I said earler I've even tried the Adobe CC cleaner tool.

Ok, I've not had much response here. Does anyone know how I get direct support from Adobe?

Yeah I am not having much luck with them. was just chatting to one of their support people and he was clearly drawing a blank but... we've mysteriously disconnected now.

Have a look in "Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Reliability Monitor" and see if there's any errors shown up there, if you find any errors for PS click on View technical details and post back
