Sorry for the trouble. What is the source of the footage? What is the footage codec?
Please check the exact dot version of Premiere Pro. Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
Try clearing the media cache & check the issue: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?
What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)?
