The box says Elements and Premier Elements work with Mac OS 10.13. I have 10.13.5 and can't install. What advise/help can anyone provide?
Thank you for the update.
Please try downloading and installing the product from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14, Download Adobe Premiere Elements | 2018, 15, and 14.

Hi Donaldr326319,

Thanks for you quick response. I'm trying to install Photoshop
Elements/Premier 18. It's the educational version and I have received
confirmation of my eligibility to use an educational version (I teach at
Wayne State).
I don't get an error message, just a series of three folders, all empty,
except the last one, which has the following text file:

So when I did the download I got the problems I've described above by clicking on the icon on the desktop . I just opened Finder for another purpose and saw an install icon there. I clicked that and it worked. Thanks for the link to download. If others have a similar problem they should try finding the install launch in the Finder rather than on the desktop. Thanks again.

Bani Verma has already helped me. She gave me a link for a download. At
first it didn't work any better than the disk, but by accident I noticed
that there was an installation icon in the Finder. I used that and
successfully installed the program. So the desktop icon doesn't work, but
it's in the Finder.
