Premiere Pro Bug When importting audio

I don't know why, but as soon as I import a vidoclip with audio in it or just audio by itself, the timeline starts doing weird things... I'm attaching a vidoe so you can see what I'm talking about. The first two clips I import do not have audio but the third does. I don't show it in the video, but when I delete the audio it goes back to working fine.

Sorry for the trouble. Clear the media cache & check the issue: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?

Also, reset the workspace from Window > Workspace > Reset to saved layout.
