How to show/hide trim/art/bleed/crop boxes?

One particular instance of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 doesn't show any of the trim/art/bleed/crop boxes on the document. It shows them in the crop tool preview window, but not on the actual document. This is the case for all documents, with any types of trim/art/bleed/crop boxes. How do I enable them?

"Show All Boxes" setting in the crop tool only works for the preview window, not the document itself.

Hi Rajirr5,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with Acrobat 9, is that correct?

You may try repairing Acrobat using "Repair Acrobat installation" option, reboot the machine and see if that works for you.

Also, let us know the operating system installed on the machine?

The issue may be because of Acrobat 9 incompatibility with most newer operating system. You may visit this link for more info: Older versions of Acrobat (XI, X, 9) system requirements

Thanks,

Shivam

I'm having the same issue in 2024. The crop dialog box has the preview, but the document no longer has the preview of the lines indicating the crop. It makes it impossible to get a good crop on any document,
